HeatLock® uses a proprietary material system that combines low thermal conductivity materials with air-retentive architectures to slow heat transfer away from the body.
Instead of relying on thick insulation sheets or rigid foams, HeatLock® distributes its thermal function across millions of individual fibers. Each filament independently traps air and reduces heat loss, creating billions of micro air pockets throughout the textile structure.

TraceLock™ is our proprietary fiber-level tracer — a precision-controlled elemental signature embedded directly into the material at 0.05–0.10% by weight. Invisible to consumers, hand-feel unchanged, but lab-verifiable through standard XRF, SEM-EDS, or ICP-MS analysis. Patent pending. Supply-chain integrity, proven at the molecular level.
